We have the expertise and infrastructure to build complex moulds in-house. Our modern tool room, equipped with advanced software and CNC machining, enables seamless development from concept to production.
Tool Room
The moulding shop is equipped with 7 Nos moulding machines, ranging from 90 Ton to 280 Ton.
Plastic Injection Moulding
The blow moulding shop is equipped with 1 Fully Automatic 5 Ltrs Double Station Jagmohan machine and 2 manual machines.
Plastic Blow Moulding
Highly flexible, dedicated semi-automatic assembly lines are installed as per customer requirements.
Assembly shop is located above moulding for minimal material movement.
